Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Your appointments are very important to me at Glam & Glow, and they are reserved especially for you. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, I respectfully request at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Please understand that when you cancel or reschedule without sufficient notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that time, and clients on my waiting list miss out on treatments.

48-Hour Notice: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. This charge must be settled before any future appointments can be confirmed.

Lateness Policy

I aim to provide each client with the highest quality service and clinical precision. To maintain my schedule, a 15-minute grace period is allotted for all appointments. If you are running more than 15 minutes late, please contact me immediately. While I will do my best to accommodate you, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid impacting subsequent clinical protocols. In the event of a rescheduling due to late arrival, the 48-hour cancellation fee (50% of the service cost) will apply.

No-Shows

If you miss an appointment without notice, the full service amount may be charged. Future bookings may also require a deposit.

Satisfaction & Refund Policy

At Glam & Glow, I pride myself on maintaining the highest clinical standards and professional results. Please note that I do not offer refunds on services. However, your satisfaction and the integrity of my work are my priority. If you believe a treatment has not met the expected standard due to a procedural fault on my end, please contact me within 48 hours of your appointment. In such instances, I will provide a complimentary corrective treatment to resolve the issue. Please be aware that this policy applies only where the recommended clinical aftercare protocols have been strictly followed.
