Booking & Deposits

Hair Extensions: A deposit is required to secure all hair extension bookings.

Other Services: Deposits are not standard for other treatments. However, Glam & Glow reserves the right to require a deposit to secure future appointments for any client who has previously cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice.

All bookings and records are managed through Booksy. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Patch Testing & Consultations

For your safety and to ensure the most effective results, all new clients for Microneedling, LED therapy, and specific brow/lash treatments must undergo a consultation and/or patch test at least 24–48 hours prior to the main appointment. Failure to attend a required patch test will result in the cancellation of your treatment, and the standard cancellation fee will apply.

Lateness Policy

I aim to provide each client with the highest quality service and clinical precision. To maintain my schedule, a 15-minute grace period is allotted for all appointments. If you are running more than 15 minutes late, please contact me immediately. While I will do my best to accommodate you, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid impacting subsequent clinical protocols. In the event of a rescheduling due to late arrival, the 48-hour cancellation fee (50% of the service cost) will apply.

Health & Suitability

Please disclose any allergies, skin conditions, medications, pregnancy, or other medical considerations before your treatment. Glam & Glow reserves the right to decline or postpone a treatment where it is not clinically suitable or safe to proceed.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They may be redeemed against treatments and products at Glam & Glow and remain valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.

Conduct

Glam & Glow is a professional clinical space. I reserve the right to refuse or end a booking where behaviour is inappropriate, abusive, or unsafe for myself or other clients.
